AlmDesk is a process-oriented program to manage all laundry activities from garments reception to restitution. At reception, items are selected with a graphic and/or textual buttons while the corresponding process note is shown at right. Touch-screen can be used to such purpose. A lot of price-lists can be defined to specify items and treatment costs. A specific cost can also be assigned to an item. Each price-list can be automatically associated to one or more clients. Partial or modified restitution is supported. Client's register, bar-code reader, fidelity cards with advanced payment and points for sales promotions are available. A message can be arranged when a lot size of received garments is reached. Starting a restitution by client's code, the return of all his processes can be chained. Cash daily total just as laundry statistics are available arranged by reception/restitution day and by garment type and treatment. The program prints process notes and fiscal receipts and, to mark garments, automatically manages the numbering of up to 16 different colored blocks already available on the market. AlmDesk arises from a previous version used successfully in over 50 laundries. English & Italian are available and other languages can be added by simply translate an open language file with extension .als. Simple tutorials cut learn curve to be operative in few hours. A search form allows to filter operations by reference, by number and color of items marking or by client's code.
