TeleQ is an application that plays and edits "soundscapes" - environments created by playing audio files. These soundscapes are created within downloadable "TelePacks", which are files that can be played in TeleQ Player and edited in TeleQ Editor TeleQ is a programme that creates soundscapes. By that I mean a sound environment - a scene you can listen to and experience. Using random 3-D sound positioning, movement and frequency changes, TeleQ can create any number of sound environments....
