TempoPerfect Computer Metronome 1.03 Description
TempoPerfect is a Metronome that runs on your PC and can be controlled using your mouse or hotkeys. Unlike mechanical metronomes that wind down, TempoPerfect provides a clear and precise beat that can be acurately adjusted for the correct bpm. TempoPerfect is an essential tool for any musician.
Designed to help musicians play in time, TempoPerfect creates beat patterns using a combination of accented beats and normal beats. For example, you can have 3+2 timing, or X-x-x-X-x visually. The bars first beat can also be emphasised by a unique sound.
TempoPerfect features a visual beat indicator bar that bounces from left to right in time with the beat. This provides musicians with a very helpful visual cue. For those of us who cannot remember the correct bpm for a particular speed (eg. Allegro), TempoPerfect also includes a tempo guide in the main window.

The tempo is tunable up to 300 beats per minute. We have implemented 15 sounds you can configure. A soundcard is needed for running metronome. Addional features are the program editor for variable tempo and repeats and a fullscreen visualization. The program runs under Windows Me / NT / 2000 / 2003 / XP and Vista. A specific deinstallation procedure is not necessary.

This metronome plays tempos from 40 to 340 beats per minute. It also allows the user to play simple, compound and odd-time meters as well as mixes of measures (5/4=3+2/4, 13/8=3+2+3+2/8), etc. It plays different tones for accent, intermediate and regular beats, and displays meter, tempo and movement being played.
