Address Ex stores contacts in an explorer style window, prints labels and envelopes, displays Internet style shortcuts for phone numbers, email addresses, and web sites. You can access multiple address book files (up to 10,000 contacts for each file), Outlook Express address books, and Internet Directory Servers (LDAP) in one window. You can assign contacts to multiple groups, send email to multiple recipients, print labels and envelopes for selected specific items or groups, and import/export. File merge/synchronization lets you keep separate address books on different computers and combine the files when needed. Multi-user features let different users access the same address book file on a local network. You can exports to html address books, print single sided or double sided address books in various formats. Other features 40 customizable fields, sort, filter, and built in phone dialer. In addition Address Ex includes an alternate interface that lets you edit multiple contacts at the same time.
