V-Mailer 1.2.0 Description
V-Mailer is 32-bit command-line and batch mailer and supports SMTP authentication. It is a console application, which means that it can only be run from the DOS prompt or from inside a batch file. It willsend a message to any single email address.

MailSend is a Win32 command-line SMTP e-mail sender supporting attachments and carbon-copy lists. Many other options are supported including return-receipt processing, stdin filtering, console window hiding, custom SMTP headers, non-standard SMTP port usage, HTML files, and pager support.
