The BurnSoft Web Tab Control for the Microsoft .Net Framework 2.0 was created to help simplify Tab Controls that were gathered and used from www.dynamicdrive.com. One of the first Web Applications that we created a few years ago used some tab control java script that was gathered from www.dynamicdrive.com. Which worked great and was very useful in making the www.mymovielists.com website, but one of the problems that we had was having to add in some java script code, Style sheets, and reference to another java script file in the header of each page that this control was used at. When we upgraded the movie site using ASP.NET 2.0, the tab control that we used before did not play well with the Master Pages that we used in the 2.0 conversion. So in order to simplify this process and get a working tab control for the movie site, we decided to make a .Net Control that would simplify this process and allow us to quickly add tabs to our site. Granted, it is not is quick and easy some of the controls that come with Visual Studio, but still easier then what we were using.
