'Net Pal 1.2c Description
An Internet dialer that works with the Windows 95,98 and NT 4.0 dial-up networking feature. 'Net Pal provides re-dial and automatic reconnect, allows a minimum connect speed to be specified, tracks your online time and cost, has a ping feature to keep your connection alive, and auto-dial allows it to dial automatically whenever an application requires a connection to the internet. It also has the ability to run as an icon in the taskbar tray.

The program will monitor your connection, and automatically redial multiple numbers if you're bumped off-line. CiDial will automatically redial a specified Dial-Up Networking connection until your computer is connected to the Internet then monitor the connection and automatically reconnect if the connection is lost. CiDial can be used instead of the standard Windows dialer, but installing and using CiDial does not affect your Windows installation or dialer.
