ShareGo enables you to keep working in your familiar Windows environment, and be always in sync with your corporate SharePoint server/s. Mobile Users Employees that are on the move and still need to have the most updated information available on their laptops. Remote Users Users that suffer from slow network connection to their corporate SharePoint server/s. “Challenged” SharePoint audience Employees who are used to work in Windows desktop environment, and have difficulties working with SharePoint’s web interface. How it works? The working process with ShareGo is immediate & simple and includes the following steps: Step 1: Define which SharePoint libraries you wish to synchronize Clicking "GO" button on IE toolbar will open ShareGo synchronizer popup window: Step 2: Work with the downloaded files locally, ShareGo will do the rest.. After ShareGo finishes to download the requested SharePoint libraries to your PC, local synchronized Windows folders are created reflecting the exact folder hierarchy on your SharePoint server. These synchronized folders are created under "/My Documents/My Synchronized SharePoint Folder" windows folder: So.. What Now? From now on you work with the downloaded files same way as you always did with your local files in your familiar Windows environment. ShareGo will synchronize these files with the master copies on your corporate SharePoint servers.
