This program allows you to hide any windows in System Tray. Why? You often need to launch many applications at the same time and all of them are reflected on the TaskBar. If there collected more than 7 - 9 windows, then such variety frighten and besides that it becomes difficult to understand each separated window. You can often launch the program on the begining of the work and you take off only in the end of the work. And now you may not worry about free space on the TaskBar or about resident programs. You can hide them simply in the Tray , and with any necessity to renew them on the Desktop by Left click of mouse.
