The Gateway (mail server) can be controlled/managed from any PC on the office/home LAN, not just from the PC it runs on. BMG includes full tutorials and wizards that show you exactly how to set it all up. The interface includes, easy to use, drag and drop features. You can test your system before you go live as BMG contains an internet simulator, used extensively in the tutorials. This internet simulator, lets you send real emails (e.g. from Outlook Express) and watch them travel in the simulated internet and arrive at their destination. Unique features allow users to be in different locations e.g. at home and send and receive email as if they were at the office. All this using standard low cost ISP accounts. The same technology allows the CEO to have a copy of all email he/she sends OR receives be automatically sent to their PA (personal assistant) even if that person is working at home.
