MRO is a Task Tray Icon/Background Process combination for reopening the Most Recently Opened folders you opened with Explorer. Install it to start when Windows starts and forget about it! To get back into the Folder you just closed, right click the Tray Icon and select.
Note that for the automatic monitor to work, Explorer Folder Options View Settings should have "Display the full path in the Title Bar" and, if available, "Display the full path in the Address Bar" checked. After setting these options, remember to push the "Apply To All Folders" button.
